Artist Impression

And finally the artist impression. We used Adobe Photoshop to place our booth inside a shopping mall and make the situation looks real. There is also a 3d human model in the exhibition booth.

Phase 2 - 3d Rendering

This is our final design for 3d rendering in TOP, FACADE, SIDE and 3/4 VIEW. The 3d rendering is created by using 3ds Max.

Phase 2 - Sketch

In Phase 2 of our Project 2, we have to make 2 pages of 3D Renderings on A3 mounted on black mounting board. This is the sketch of the exhibition booth we create using Google Sketchup.

Less is more, more is less

From my understanding, less is more or more is something like the quality over the quantity. When we creating a design, sometimes a simple design which has a deep meaning can make a good design which is ‘less is more’.

If a designer creates a design that is very beautiful and perfect but it doesn’t have any meaning but just a random art, that doesn’t make it a good design because that is called ‘more is less

Phase 1 - Re-do

After the re-do, this is our final design of the concept board, exhibition profile, layout, facade, and side elevation.

Phase 1

For the Exhibition Booth Project, it must be done in a group of 2 person. We must choose 1 product from our bus stop design and make it to exhibition booth. My group member is Mohd Azif and we decided to make my product which is Yeo's in our exhibition booth. In Phase 1 of Project 2, we need to do the Concept Board, Exhibition Profile, Layout, Front, and Side Elevation Drawings.

This is our first attempt which we did a few mistake and need to re-do.

Exhibition Booth Design

Our second assignment or Project 2 is creating an Exhibition Booth Design. Exhibition booth is usually placed in shopping malls to easily reach the public while promoting their products. Below are some example of exhibition booth design.
